Return & Exchange Policy
1. Clothing & Scarves
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be returned in their original condition:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from odors or stains
• With original tags attached and original packaging
• Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Bandanas
• Bandanas are considered personal-use items and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Exception: In case of a manufacturing defect.
• Customers must notify us on the same day of delivery and provide clear photos of the defect. Requests reported after the delivery day will not be accepted.
3. Accessories
(Magnetic Pins – Double Tape)
• Accessories follow the same return and exchange policy as clothing and scarves.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days, provided that items are:
• Unused
• In their original condition
• With original packaging and tags (if applicable)
4. Important Notes
• No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.
• Return and exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
• For any manufacturing defects, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
سياسه الاستبدال والاسترجاع:
1. Clothing & Scarves (الملابس والطرح)
• يمكن الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.
• يجب أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية تمامًا:
• غير مستخدمة
• غير مغسولة
• بدون أي روائح أو آثار
• وبـ التكت الأصلي والتغليف كما تم الاستلام
• في حالة عدم استيفاء الشروط، لن يتم قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
2. Bandanas (البندانـات)
• تُعد من منتجات الاستخدام الشخصي، لذلك لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها.
• الاستثناء الوحيد: وجود عيب صناعة.
• في هذه الحالة، يجب إبلاغنا في نفس يوم الاستلام مع إرسال صور واضحة للعيب، وإلا لن يتم قبول الطلب.
3. Accessories (الإكسسوارات)
(Magnetic Pins – Double Tape)
• تخضع لنفس سياسة الملابس والطرح.
• يمكن الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 7 أيام بشرط:
• أن تكون غير مستخدمة
• وفي نفس حالتها الأصلية
• وبالتغليف والتكت إن وُجد
4. Important Notes
• لا يتم قبول أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال بعد مرور 7 أيام.
• تكاليف الشحن الخاصة بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال يتحملها العميل (ما لم يكن هناك عيب صناعة).
• في حالة وجود عيب صناعة، يرجى التواصل معنا فورًا.
